I did find the need to call for warm water a bit inconvenient, especially since the room phone wasn't functioning properly. This minor hitch slightly affected my overall comfort, but it didn't overshadow the experience I had exploring this dynamic city.

The room was a nightmare—old sheets and towels everywhere, and I couldn't even lock the window. With the street crowd eyeballing in, it felt unsafe. The lack of basic amenities in the cold was just the cherry on top.

Everything was perfect from the staff to the room, exceptionally comfortable bed and outstanding room. The staff were very very helpful and consistently courteous and kept the place clean. The breakfast was savoury, the check in was early. Location: the hotel was adjacent to metro station and karol bagh market and a market with shops and nature. Great location - super close to the Karol Bagh metro station, all the major attractions, and the main market. We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed exploring the Karol Bagh district. 🌟
